Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please review the details below before initiating a return.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery/signature. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be shipped back within this 30-day period. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.

  • Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, we are unable to cancel it. If you wish to proceed with a cancellation at this stage, the order must first be returned to us. A refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.

  • For returns that are not due to product defects or quality issues, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Only items in as-new condition are eligible for return. Products must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging. Products with scratches, stains, damage, drilling, or any other modifications will not be accepted. We reserve the right not to refund a product that, in our reasonable opinion, has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, or failure to take reasonable care of the product.

  • Please return the items in their original packaging. If the original packaging materials are no longer available, you may use alternative packaging materials to sufficiently protect the item during transit.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Customers are responsible for completing returns through FedEx after receiving the return label, including dropping off the package at a FedEx location. For all items except large pieces, we are unable to arrange a pickup.

  • For returns requiring a pickup from your home, customers must schedule the appointment with the carrier and ensure someone is available at the scheduled time. If a scheduled pickup is missed, the return will be considered void. The customer is responsible for any subsequent return attempts and shipping fees.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to reach out before purchasing.


🔁 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

  • For small items (e.g., chairs, side tables), the item must be returned and received before a replacement is shipped.

📦 Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at order@zmhome.store so we can resolve the issue.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at order@zmhome.store.
