Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please review the details below before initiating a return.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery/signature. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be shipped back within this 30-day period.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.

To initiate a return, please contact us at order@zmhome.store. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to reach out before purchasing.


🔁 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

  • For small items (e.g., chairs, side tables), the item must be returned and received before a replacement is shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for completing small item returns through FedEx, including dropping off the package at a FedEx location.


📦 Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at order@zmhome.store so we can resolve the issue.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at order@zmhome.store.
