FAQs About Crabby Slipcover Stool

Is the slipcover on the Crabby Slipcover Stool removable and washable?

Yes. The Crabby Slipcover Stool features a removable linen slipcover, making everyday care more flexible. It works well in frequently used spaces such as the living room, bedroom, or entryway. For light stains, spot cleaning promptly and using a gentle cycle when needed can help maintain the fabric’s natural texture.

What kind of texture does the linen slipcover have?

Linen has a naturally relaxed texture with subtle movement and softness. It gives the stool an organic, lived-in look that works beautifully with relaxed, organic modern, casual elegant, and coastal-inspired interiors.

Can this stool be used as both a footstool and an extra seat?

Yes. With its 24"W × 16"D × 17.7"H size, the Crabby Slipcover Stool is generous enough to use as a footstool beside a sofa, while also working as an occasional seat in a bedroom, entryway, closet, or lounge corner.

Is the Crabby Slipcover Stool suitable for busy homes?

Yes. Its removable slipcover makes everyday upkeep more flexible for busy homes. For best results, treat visible spills promptly and use gentle cleaning methods to help preserve the linen’s natural feel.

How is this different from a regular fabric ottoman?

The Crabby Slipcover Stool combines a linen slipcover with a solid wood frame, giving it a lighter, more tailored look than many heavier ottomans. It adds softness to a room while keeping a clean square silhouette that works well in smaller spaces.
